Our team will assess the situation and, if applicable, we will send a replacement product or issue in-store credit at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Order cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been processed for shipping. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed, we are unable to cancel it.
